Had reservations about this place after reading a review, but my concerns were quickly dispelled. Upon calling, they exhibited professionalism, providing a same-day quote and promptly scheduling the work for the next day. The job they did was excellent.
While they were on-site, I took the opportunity to inquire about the negative review. The gentleman explained that it was related to his former PO Box store, which he left due to issues with rudeness and poor service. According to him, the review was merely an act of retribution. He also mentioned his intention to file a complaint with the Postmaster General.
